The 2nd Week Of The Month Is Bullish For Stocks

Well, next week is the 2nd week of the month and if you've been a frequent reader of my blog you should know what I'll be looking to do. That's right, I'm looking to buy stocks. I'm actually long the Q's from a few days ago so I'm already positioned for this trade.

For those of you who have no idea what I am talking about I suggest you read my archives on any given month for an explanation of this trade. You'll notice in the above chart that the DIA's have rallied every time during the 2nd week of the month. I first wrote about this trade about a year ago and it's made some kind of a profit each and every time. I don't know how much longer this trade will continue to work, but I'm going to keep taking this trade until it stops working. Remember to always use stops and money management.

Let me say this one more time that the above analysis is not a recommendation to buy or sell the DIA's, I'm just sharing with all of you what I intend on doing in the marketplace, after all it is my blog!

Sorry to see this now has not worked for the first time in many, many months. I wonder if this could be seen as a break in the overall pattern for the market?
