The Shanghai Index Wakes Up

A few weeks ago it appeared as if the Shanghai index was possibly putting in a top due to the fact it was lagging the rest of the markets, well today it just woke up!

The index was up Friday and up another 3.8% today. Notice the higher lows we are beginning to see. Looks like new highs are right around the corner.

Hi Kevin

Your 10 day 5min chart of S&P is beautiful today. Can't access your older posts right now, but today closed just below resistance at 1546.

Watching that one myself...thanks.

You can buy Morgan Stanley CAF which is a ETF that buys the Shanghai A-shares.

"The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its assets in A-shares of Chinese companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges."
