Forecast Reversals With 80% Accuracy

For years I've seen advertisements which claim to forecast reversals in the market with 80% to 90% accuracy. I've always laughed when I came across such an ad because there's a good chance the method will not work nearly as good as they say it will .

I came across a video of a gentleman who was kind enough to take the time out to explain in a very polite way how this particular method is basically ridiculous..
