Intel Closes Below It's 50 Day Average

About 2 weeks ago there was a MACD divergence sell signal.. Since then INTC has drifted lower and has now closed below it's 50 day moving average. INTC seems to be weaker than the SOX index over the past 12 trading sessions leading me to think lower prices are in Intel's near future.
