CDE or PAAS...Which is Stronger?

One of my readers emailed me asking which silver stock do I like.. I told him I prefer PAAS over CDE and here is the reason why... In the above chart we have PAAS on top and CDE in the lower panel.. Notice how PAAS is ABOVE it's September high while CDE is still BELOW it's Spetember high.. PAAS is clearly much stronger.. On the next pullback I'd rather be a buyer of PAAS than CDE even though I am bullish on the whole group.. It's important to always be in the strongest stocks when buying and if you are shorting you want to be in the weakest stocks of the group.. Trading is tough enough...why not give yourself every little edge as possible. Go with the strength!
